RETURN POLICY
Please note that any items purchased on hunthorgear.com may be returned unused within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom, dirty, damaged, or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If item(s) are received in any of these conditions, they will be returned to the customer.
Please include all original tags and packaging with your return.
We will begin the return process within two business days after receiving the required information. We will issue your refund within one business day after receiving your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item from one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer directly to process the return.
To process a return for an item purchased on hunthorgear.com, please email us at support@hunthorgear.com. Please include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address.
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, the customer is not responsible for the return shipping fee, and no restocking fee will be charged for the return of the product.
IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and later discover shipping damage, please email us at support@hunthorgear.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Hunthor Gear provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, Hunthor Gear will repair or replace the defective product without charge, or refund the price you paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty period.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear; failure to adequately maintain or store the product; alterations, repairs, or modifications; use other than in the manner intended; improper or inadequate fit; unsafe use; or damage caused by chemicals or foreign substances.
Hunthor Gear does not warrant that any of its products provide protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife, and Hunthor Gear is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites. However, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard, reasonably expected snake bites.
This Limited Warranty does not apply if Hunthor Gear determines that the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
